They are retarded. Here's the scenario. I was sent a bill by banana
republic for a late fee. So I'm like thinking oh man I did send it in
late, but let me look at the bill anyways. The fee payment was charged
to me on 11/6(a Sunday) and the late charge was for 11/5(a Saturday).
Now I'm thinking oh HECK NO you did not just do that. Everyone in there right mind knows NO MAIL is delievered on Sunday. Therefore I decided to call.
Me: Hi,
I got charged for a late fee, but it said my payment was recived on
11/6 which is a Sunday and the fee was posted on the 11/5. I know that
mail does not get delievered on Sundays, so my check must have been
delibrately held a day?
CSR: Well..the I know the system doesn't put it up til....
Me: No. Mail isn't delivered on Sunday so how could you get my check on Sunday?
CSR: OH....wait..let me check....something...
Me: Okay.
CSR: Sorry about that I just credited your acccount so the balance is zero.
DANG RIGHT YOU'RE SORRY!!! Geez..Big business they try to give it to you whenever you bend over.
